OUR STORY

In His Time, He Makes All Things Beautiful

It started in 2015. We began talking, slowly realizing there was something more. Two years later, we officially became a couple. We didn’t go on fancy dates or spend much time out together—just long chats, church events, and little glimpses of something real.

But life got in the way. We were in different seasons, and eventually, we let go. By 2019, we stopped talking completely. Honestly, we thought that was it. We had moved on, and even hated the idea of ever getting back together.

But God had other plans.

In 2022, we reconnected unexpectedly. A simple ride to Manila turned into hours of conversation, and from that moment, something shifted. What we thought was gone came alive again—this time with peace, maturity, and grace.

Looking back, we see that the time apart was necessary. We needed those years to grow, to heal, and to become the people God was preparing for each other.

On March 6, 2025, surrounded by peace, the ocean, and mountains in Siquijor, we got engaged.

It wasn’t perfect. It wasn’t always easy.

But it’s ours. And it’s beautiful.

Because when God writes your story, nothing is wasted.

Ten years in the making—and finally, we’re getting married.

The heart of the day 💍

Join us as we exchange vows and promises surrounded by the people we love most. The ceremony will last about an hour, carrying us right into golden sunset.

Cocktail

5:30 PM

While we sneak away for sunset portraits, enjoy drinks, light bites, and good company. A chance to mingle, laugh, and soak in the glow of the evening.

Reception

6:30 PM

We’ll gather outdoors as the evening officially begins. Expect music, warmth, and the start of celebration.

Every part of this day will mean more with you there.

  • Please arrive by 4:00 PM so you have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.

  • We’d love to include everyone, but our guest list is limited. If your invitation mentions a plus-one, then yes! If not, we kindly ask you to attend solo.

  • Both our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue — Nico’s Mountain Hideaway. It’s an outdoor open-ground space, so you’ll enjoy the fresh air, mountain views, and the beauty of the sunset straight into the evening celebration. 

  • We absolutely love your little ones! For this celebration, we’re keeping things intimate and are only able to include children from our immediate families.

  • November evenings at Nico’s Mountain Hideaway are usually cool and breezy in the mountains. We recommend bringing a light cover-up or jacket to stay comfortable once the sun sets.

  • Yes, parking will be available at the venue.

  • Your presence is truly the best gift we could ask for. If you would like to bless us further as we begin this new chapter, a monetary gift would be most appreciated as we build our new life together.

  • Absolutely — please let us know in your RSVP form if you have allergies or restrictions, and our caterer will gladly accommodate.

  • We’d love for you to stay present and unplugged during the ceremony — our photographer will capture everything. But after, snap away!

  • The formal program wraps up around 9:30 PM, but the dancing and music will go on until late.
